Account Deletion
Two ways to erase your Vita account and every piece of data attached to it. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

Path 1 — inside the app
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Vita and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The account and its data are erased right away.
Deletion is permanent. There is no trash bin, no grace period and no way to restore it afterwards.
Path 2 — by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email — with nothing to install.
- Write to the address below from the email registered on the account. That is how we confirm it is you.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion.
- You do not need to explain why, or send any documents.
We process the request within 15 calendar days and confirm by email once the deletion is complete. If you write from an address other than the registered one, we may need an additional verification step before erasing anything — a safeguard against someone requesting the deletion of another person’s account.
What disappears and what remains

Meal photos do not appear in the table because they are never stored in the first place — they are read and discarded at the moment of upload, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Where the law requires us to retain specific information, or where it is needed to defend legal claims, we keep only the strict minimum and only for the required period.
Before deleting: cancel the subscription
If you have already been charged and want the money back, the refund request also goes through the store — see Terms of Use → Refunds.
